Download it once (actually faster mb/s on origin for me dunno why people say it is so slow, cause you install one at a time? Duh that is the point), backup your downloads and never gotta deal with origin again just play offline choose your own patch and install expansions one at a time. Steam forces you to use their patch and auto installs all dlc.
